What a great activity to do while you are on holiday. Jet Skiing is becoming ever more popular with people going on beach holidays. Whether it is just the boys going for a bit of an adrenaline rush or to use them for something more sedentary like touring up and down the coast they can be fun, fast and extremely enjoyable.

However as can be expected when using petrol powered vehicle there are also risks as well. It is important to make sure that your basic travel insurance also has Jet Skiing insurance incorporated into the cover because the decision to go jet skiing is often a spur of the moment decision made on an impulse. The risks involved with the activity can involve all sorts of impact injuries such as bruising, whiplash, sprains and possibly even breaks. Obviously these are not too hard to repair however if you were to have an accident along way from the shore and needed to be rescued then the costs can mount up. Furthermore one of the bigger risks is from a collision. Collisions on Jet skis are fairly common and can result in very serious injury. Generally jet skis are available to hire in touristy areas and so consequently the area is very crowded. This can cause no end of problems and subsequent serious injury. It is therefore vitally important to make sure that you have Jet Ski insurance in place as it can very expensive if you were to need to be repatriated after a serious crash.
